CoCo aka Coralie MBIDA
Étudiante en Art à l'Université Panthéon-Sorbonne, j'ai grandi entre le Cameroun et le Sénégal, deux lieux riches en diversité artistique qui ont profondément influencé mon parcours.
Fascinée par les œuvres colorées depuis mon enfance, j'explore sans cesse de nouveaux médiums : de la peinture à la sculpture, en passant par l'art numérique. Dotée d'une forte imagination et une vision précise je n'ai pas peur de tester de nouvelles choses artistiquement !
Mes inspirations sont variées, allant de Niki de Saint Phalle à Keziah Harrell, Alim Smith en passant par Solange Knowles, ce qui donne à mes créations une touche à la fois colorée et surréaliste, oscillant entre rêve et réalité.
Les thèmes que j'aborde dans mes œuvres sont souvent liés à l'introspection, la puberté, l'image de soi et les émotions.
Bien que mes œuvres soient majoritairement des autoportraits, elles reflètent des expériences universelles dans lesquelles beaucoup peuvent se reconnaître.

As an Art student at the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne, I grew up between Cameroon and Senegal, two places rich in artistic diversity that have profoundly influenced my journey.
Fascinated by colorful works since childhood, I constantly explore new mediums: from painting to sculpture, and digital art. With a strong imagination and a precise vision, I am not afraid to try new things artistically!
My inspirations are varied, ranging from Niki de Saint Phalle to Keziah Harrell, Alim Smith, and Solange Knowles, giving my creations a touch that is both colorful and surreal, oscillating between dream and reality.
The themes I explore in my works often relate to introspection, puberty, self-image, and emotions.
Although my works are mostly self-portraits, they reflect universal experiences that many can relate to.
